If you would like to arrive earlier, we provide a room for storing luggage and changing.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 10pm.

Check-out is by 10:00.

We recommend paying for additional services the evening before departure to avoid queues and delays on your return day.

In the event of early departure, no refund will be made.

The reservation is confirmed only when a transfer of at least 20% of the cost of the stay is sent to our account.

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of early or delayed arrival compared to the reservation,

payment for the reserved date will be required.
Any decisions regarding the return of advance payments will be made individually.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome at the hotel.

Please inform us if you are arriving with a pet when booking.

There is a one-time fee of €10.00 per pet.

We also ask you not to bring animals into the dining room.
Any damage to furniture or equipment caused by pets will be subject to a charge.

Tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person.

We offer free, unguarded parking.

The guest is obligated to cover the costs of repairing or replacing any damaged or lost furnishings in the room, bathroom and common areas of the hotel.

Any damage should be reported immediately to the reception desk, which will assess the damage and determine the settlement method.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card or issue an invoice for the amount of damage and lost revenue (e.g. due to the room being closed for renovation).
